Industrial Steam Boilers

Tinytech Udyog can offer Industrial Steam Boilers in various designs such as:

  1. Fire / Smoke Tube Boilers
  2. Water Tube Boilers
  3. Non-IBR Mini Vertical Boilers

Steam Boilers are highly used equipments in process industries to utilize the steam for various applications. These boilers produce and generate Steam by the use of fuel heating.

Tinytech offers coil type steam boilers in the range of 50 to 2000 kg of steam per hour. The coil type boiler generates steam instantly and is extremely easy to install and commission. These boilers are designed for safe and reliable operations. Coil type steam boilers are designed to operate on a wide range of liquid and gaseous fuels including diesel fuel, heavy oil, light oil, gas, etc.

Smoke Type Industrial Boilers

Smoke Tube Steam Boiler consists of the main shell with tube sheet welded with smoke tube and integral furnace, where flue gas travels through a furnace and smoke tube to I.D. fan and chimney, where water heated outside the smoke tube.

Water Type Industrial Boilers

Water Tube Steam Boiler consists of a steam drum with connected up header through riser pipe and down header connected with down comer pipe having a 4 pass flue gas design. Both the header connected with the steam generating tube which expanded on both side header. Provided multifuel fluidized bad furnace or manual solid fuel-fired furnace where flue gas travels across the steam generating tube than pass to waste heat recovery system to cyclone or multiple cyclone dust collector systems to i.d. fan than a chimney.

As you see in waterside natural circulation occurred due to density difference of water, where water and steam mixture passes to a steam generating tube header than riser pipe to go inside the drum. Steam separator through moisture separator inside the drum, as dry steam carried out through steam stop valve.
